Trouble?
In order for the portal to "find" your regular permit account, you must follow the account creation/login instructions EXACTLY.
Common Issues:
You must use the requested EMAIL CONVENTION!
For most users this is FIRSTNAME.LASTNAME@annccb.com
- Do NOT use the username@usnh.edu, username@wildcats.annccb.com, or username@annccb.com conventions!
- Do NOT use a non-University email (e.g. Gmail).
Your NAME must match your permit name. For most users this is your FULL and PROPER name.
- E.g., if your name is Matthew, use Matthew (not Matt). Use Jennifer, not Jenny, and so on.
- If someone bought your regular permit for you, make sure they used YOUR name in the permit order (not their own).
The Portal Account uses whatever password you assign FOR THE PORTAL.
- It does not recognize your UNH user account password, your password from ThePermitStore.com, or any other password not assigned at your parking portal account creation.
If you only very recently bought your regular permit, your account may not yet be coded to recognize you as Temp Alt Vehicle permit eligible. Coding updates may take up to a few weeks to be added to new accounts. If your regular permit has expired or otherwise invalidated, your coding for a Temp Alt Vehicle permit is deactivated.
